With over three decades of industry expertise, I, Ms. Tori, am a licensed Nail Technician and Manicurist Instructor, offering specialized wellness services at Burlington Nails & Spa. My extensive knowledge in nail care and hygiene allows me to effectively educate clients on the importance of proper foot care, particularly for those with compromised health issues. As an Advanced Nail Technician (ANT), I possess the skills and training to provide safe and professional services.
Recognized for my leadership in the beauty and wellness community, my journey has been featured by the City of Burlington and Elon University News Network.

Lisa Dove is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of diverse clinical and leadership experience spanning acute care, oncology, long-term care, care coordination, and healthcare administration. As the Founder of Compassion As Promised, PLLC, Lisa is dedicated to delivering compassionate, client-centered healthcare services that promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being within the community.
Throughout her nursing career, Lisa has served in leadership roles including Oncology Staff Nurse, Case Mix Director, MDS Coordinator, RN Nurse Navigator, Director of Health Services, and RN Unit Manager in Long-Term Care. These experiences have provided her with extensive knowledge in patient advocacy, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and caring for seniors and medically complex individuals.
Through the collaborative partnership between Compassion As Promised, PLLC and Burlington Nails & Spa, Lisa helps bridge the gap between wellness and compassionate nursing support. She provides clinical insight, wellness assessments, education, and professional guidance that enhance the client experience while supporting safe, individualized care for those with diabetes, neuropathy, circulatory concerns, mobility limitations, and other health considerations.
Lisa believes that proper hand and foot wellness is an important part of maintaining independence, confidence, and quality of life. Her calm demeanor, compassionate heart, and commitment to excellence help every client feel respected, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Together, Compassion As Promised, PLLC and Burlington Nails & Spa share a common mission—to provide compassionate, wellness-focused services that promote comfort, confidence, and a higher quality of life through collaborative care.

Cristina Sanchez is the Spa Manager at Burlington Nails & Spa, where she brings creativity, professionalism, and a strong passion for beauty, branding, and client experience. Known for her eye for detail and warm personality, Cristina helps create the welcoming luxury atmosphere that Burlington Nails & Spa is known for.
With a background in modeling, music, content creation, and beauty artistry, Cristina brings a fresh and modern energy to the brand. Her creativity and understanding of beauty trends help elevate the client experience both inside the spa and across social media platforms.
Cristina is also the creator behind Moneyslays Nails, where she is recognized for her artistic vision, freestyle nail inspiration, and passion for helping clients feel confident, feminine, and empowered through beauty.
As Spa Manager, Cristina focuses on client relations, daily operations, team support, branding, and ensuring each guest receives exceptional service and care from the moment they walk through the door. Her dedication to professionalism, creativity, and customer satisfaction makes her an important part of the Burlington Nails & Spa experience.
She is currently continuing her education and training within the beauty industry while expanding her knowledge and experience in luxury wellness and beauty services.

As a licensed nail technician with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education and over 13 years of experience in healthcare, I am dedicated to providing expert nail care services at Burlington Nails & Spa. My specialties include Gel-X Structured Nail enhancements, Wellness Pedicures, and Toenail Restorations, with a focus on client education in healthy nail care and safety. To further enhance my skills, I am an Advanced Nail Technician (ANT), ensuring that I am up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices for working with clients with compromised health issues.

pursuing a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, I am passionate about
both beauty and healthcare, with a deep commitment to helping others feel
confident and cared for. I combine artistry with professionalism, always
prioritizing client safety, comfort, and education in proper nail care practices.
